At Passio Interiors, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
